Attaching Neck to Breasts

Hello, So I am trying to make a a pose in which a man is sitting with a woman sitting on a chair and he is sucking her breasts, and was wondering since there is no way to  Connect Model 1's neck to Model 2's Breast(Right of Left, doesn't matter) How would I go about this pose where the head follows the breasts, keep in mind the breasts are moving, in and out, what would be a simple way to do it without of course manually posing Model 1's head to follow Model 2's Breast for sucking, or would that be the only way? Thanks(Picture included below to give Idea of what I am talking about roughly)

I've made a few poses like this and I usually handle it as follows

1) Turn off breast inertia.  It just gets in the way.

2) I use the following breast sliders to simulate movement Female: Breast Suck (XBody Slider), Jenny Slider, and Round Slides Male: Jaw Open, Jaw Forward, Cheeks, and Lips

3) I go about 2 seconds apart for each creating the base sucking pose first.  Basically head back, mouth close, pull breast to Head forward, mouth open, push breast...

4) After I lay the base pose I then go back and randomize the neck movement.  At least 3 or 5 random movements of the neck before going back to the normal.

5) If I am being fancy I may do an additional layer and add a little nipple licking action.

Yup, those previews are exactly what I am going for especially the 1st one, 4th and 5th one, thanks for the advice. I'll try and see what I can come up with. Is it recommended/a rule of thumb to space it further then 2 seconds and then reduce the spacing between keys using TK utils? or does that add unnecessary movement in the middle of the first frame where the animation/models are moving to the position of the second frame?

There is no rules just something I do. Some folks space more some less, but using TK utils to reduce or increase the spacing is exactly what I do when I am done.
