It depends what you are for.  From a sexual scene I view each 3 separate ways specifically for a sex scene

Clothed Undress: This to me is going for a more messy, fast, and immediate and somewhat sneaky type of bedroom scene

Lingerie: This is deliberate intimacy.  Planned and focused. It could be messy and it could be sensual.

Naked: This is more sensual than anything, as there is a level of vulnerability here.

Some people find underwear and lingerie more sexier than naked.

 

For me I like both as they both have things I find appealing.

Lingerie has a special intimate feeling of a present all nice and ready to be unwrapped. Like a gift just for you.

Naked is pure intimacy because you are seeing their true self of what they are themselves in all their glory.
