This is a fairly simple question as I the other thing I do outside of creating mods is my ongoing Pornopera that I have not updated for a while.  It it ain't no Xalas level type shit but it does what it needs to do. That said curious on what peoples techniques are for doing images and or video (if you care to share your secret sauce).

For me I mainly put my entire scenes into a sequence in sequencer and than put sound, effects, and subtitles over the entire thing using Filmora X.  I know a lot of folks using Pose Editor to cut up their scenes so curious on what peoples techniques are.

Well, i'm little dumm with computers, maybe of my age, but beiing an old video editor long time ago with equipment like VHS and BETACAM-PRO, i think im doing good shit. Anyway i have wached a lot of porn comics and videos too, and have notice that most of the creators, wich i respect them, making very short videos. Sometimes only a view seconds. I did my try to do some porn comics with TK17, but that aint no fun for me, because there was no target, no goal. So i decided to find some sexy jokes to make them movies and offcourse with porn, maybe not all, and that was so fun for me. I also like Ilustratedinterracial comics, they are so intence, and nice written. So, i use the sequencer very offten for my movies, sometimes i take shots from poseditor too. I didnt search enough for a video recorder, and use the WIN10 Xbox recorder wich is a decent recorder, shotcut for video editing and audio too. I always have a scenario for the movies, and a porncomic is a very good idea if you want a ready story. Also i search a lot the right poses because i'm not good to create them, but i have learn to adjust them. I'm happy to share my thouts with you an my movies too. Now i'm working on a video clip of a rock song, no porn but sexy. I hope i finish it in 2020.

Alrighty, where do I start? First I don't think I really have an unique technique or a style but when it comes to comics my stuff always catch some hints from those erotic films from the nineties like Rebecca's Secret with Amy Rochelle or Nine 1/2 weeks, this whenever I want something more erotic and passionate, I can't blame myself I born in 1987 what a beautiful time to grow!
But my stuff is not only influenced by these erotic flicks, I've been a huge fan of 80's slasher horror movies so many comics that I usally don't release are based on these but more subverted to the nineties era of slasher like Scream or Hostel

With all, writting stories influenced by films and translating them to very adult comics is really so demanding, thus I have ceased my comic line long ago!

Moved to another direction just blending two of my biggest passions american muscle cars and bikini babes with nice tits! But I not discard a comeback in comics! As for what I like... I like a gestaltic perspective on an erotic picture so is not the girl and her tits, it is a beautiful girl, her tits but in the scene! The global outcome is everything even if sometimes I can't fully achieve that with vanilla graphics but well I managed to do what I did with almost nothing and I like that

My fovorit tools to use are my outdated version of comic life (1.3.6), my outdated version of Photoshop (CS3) and all my Photoshop actions created for post processing!

tbh Making videos on tk is a bit intimidating. I've tried animating in it but the timeline is very limited, would be nice if we could edit the curves. It does have some advantages like you can click on any part of the body n pose with the middle mouse very quickly. Currently I'm learning to rip my customized models and import to Blender. I can then tweak, rig and animate it within Blender and use Eevee to render it. I don't see myself making videos any other way.  The advantage being I can go over the 4 character limit, better deformations, lighting, hair n cloth sim, particle effects, shaders etc.

Curious to see what this looks like. But yeah making videos in Blender is what you see a lot especially the videos with good physics. The problem is you almost never see anything more than a 30 second loop out of those movies.

i also want to know how to do this importing customized models to blender 🤔

lol those rule34 ones right? Blender is definitely a lot more capable than that, even got a decent video editor. What I like about it is how easy it is to import assets, move things around etc without depending on h5.

There is no direct way afaik but Ninjaripper can rip any Directx 8/9/11 models directly from the game, there is a good tool to import to 3dsmax with the weightpaint, armature etc. Then it's just a matter of exporting to blender as fbx. I'm still learning Blender, rigging Game characters, once I get a feel for it, I'll experiment for sure.

I don't make Videos...

Just screenshots and these with the least amount editing possible (Since I want to keep the in-game experience intact)

So my technique is... uhm... load a room to see if it works... see my model standing in her t-pose... "quickly" arrange her in a more comfortable pose... keep pose editing... trying different camera angles... playing around with lighting in hook5... until I'm happy... make a screenshot... voila...

Usually study and steal as much as I can from JP/anime since they have efficient animation with lots of stills and fast but minimal movement for 90% of it. It seems more effective and focus on aesthetics, rather than realism (reality isnt that great tbh, even porn producers do most work in photoshop.) Just because we have access to full 3d motion, doesn't mean more is always better when it comes to making something look good, more isn't always better. Having everything moving at all times just feels like someone playing around with the controls as opposed to trying to achieve something, but it is certainly a style of it's own as seen from plethora of SFM loops online. I study those too, but personally dont often find them all that inspirational. I think a minimal movement style is perfect since doing full animating using PE is a huge workload.

Had no idea this existed.  I got a 3000 series gpu and now OBS is not playing nice 😞 2070 super was way more stable. 3000 drops frames a lot in OBS especially when doing camera movements. Renders like a beast in other software but game capture is disappointing as it stands with my 4 year old system. Had to even lose the Nvec and go back to h264 just to get close enough to what I had previous with 2070. Maybe it's my z170 board and PCIE 3.0, CPU hits 100% now in task manager 🤷‍♂️ In-game frame rate got a nice boost but OBS acting like it has half the resources it used to have. Gonna try it out. Thx

you will need pcie 4.0 to help with older games

I used to make all the poses and then set up a sequence for my videos, but unfortunately my game crashes whenever I load a pose with a toy in the sequencer. So lately I've been just making everything in pose editor and using OBS to record the poses with the UI turned off.

Then I'll plop everything into After Effects, cut it all up so that it fits together, and overlay the visuals with sound effects (you know, moaning, slapping, etc). Then I'll add any visual effects and export the thing. Finally I'll plop the vid into movie maker and export it again (with my export settings for After Effects it will be dozens of gigs otherwise XD).

As for the actual content itself, I just replicate cookie cutter porn scenarios that really stand out to me. Though I'll typically replace the ever-popular moneyshot with my personal favourite O-faces (despite the MASSIVE library of internet porn, it's surprisingly hard to find vids that end like this).

Just curious what type of effects you're doing in AE. I've been using resolve for editing, color correction and speed ramping clips (if that's a term) myself but haven't bothered with lens flares and what not just yet.

Not anything serious, just any dialog text and the occassional fade to black.

My main method is sequencer.  I first run through and modify all the poses for any scene I am going to make.  Usually anywhere from 10 - 15 poses per scene. My whole thing which I try to go by is never use a pose twice. So for the most part each movie is 90% unique poses from the previous.  From there I go into sequencer and lay everything out, if there is going to be talking, I want lip movement so I use the captions and box hider so I can put in text and move lips without captions showing as I do captions in post.  It is a movie..so no stills unless there is a creative reason for one.  Movement must be happening at all times...it is just a little thing of mine.

The sequence is then recorded in one full shot. I may do multiple shots if I need to  apply any cum or anything anywhere. Once I have all the shots I move the film into Filmora X. There I add any visual overlays or effects I need based on the scene.  For example I usually add a vivivd effect to all my movies for color pop (I prefer doing this then using reshade), captions are also entered here synced to lip movement.  I f I need to add a camera effect, vhs, or anything special I do it all in Filmora.

By this time I already know what random porn I am going to get my sounds from....the idea is that the moaning and all the freak sounds should match the tone of the scene.  I source sounds from a lot of places but try to keep it to movies that have minimal talking.  If there is talking I sometimes try to sync it..but it is time consuming.  Once I do that I have my own personal stash of slaps, quirts, plorks...etc sounds..which I use to finish off the sound effects.  After I layer those in I layer an ambient noise sound for the room, car, road, street, etc...then finally layer in the music track I will be using for each of the scenes.  Music sets the mood, so I try to sync up the music with the mood and tone I am going for.

Once all of that is done I clean up my tracks...the whole thing usually ends up being about 6-7 tracks, and export it.

Since I'm a beginner, I only use ready-made sequences, while adding my models + maybe 2-3 poses to choose from, again I take the poses from top and creative users. Himself in the creation is still weak from the point of view of a technical approach.

When creating videos I try to

- find reference IRL videos (ehem 🙂 )

- try to edit to music (which helps a lot, findig maybe the theme and the rhythm, maybe hints to cuts in the video etc.) or at least a nice video to use as soundfile

- make a "motion rhythm" template pose or two (e.g. slow and fast movement) and work from there (Save as)

- I also like to make a lot of transition poses so it looks lifelike (but it takes a lot of time and does not always look good, so fast cuts in editing might be better)

For models

 - I have two standard sizes (regular and "tiny", a short girl) that I also mark in the Pose names

- I usually try to copy existing RL models (even if it turns out not resembling them, it might look sexy)

- the guy is always the same, maybe different skin, but this makes him interchangeable

For poses

- I usually do 1on1 poses

- but always make it in a 3some pose, the last person is an invisible model. (S)he is only used as a marker, since most motions are a cycle of course, and this makes it easier to copy-paste (I mark the start and end of the cycle with e.g. an eye movement of the invis model, so there is a blue mark there)

- Make a full body keyframe (maybe not the face) at every 4sec interval, so it starts with it (also put one at the end, as without it the animation might look ok, then you insert another keyframe and the whole thing gets screwed)

- I will try to experiment with the "invisible" 3rd person being the camera (Sequence editor never works for me, single animations' loading lags and the whote sequence if off sync)

- for this I need to use an invisible model with eyes only visible (otherwise you cannot move them I think, or click on them to "Look through my eyes" (this floating set of eyes looks creepy, but hey. Just don't let its shadow get into the shot) 

- I always try to do the little motions as Vertebrae only, so I can add more lifelike animations with all other bodyparts. Also, adding inertia to movements (as vertebrae movements, e.g. left-right-left-right...) is key!

 

For editing

- screen record in Win10

- and edit in Premiere Pro (been thinking about adding some AfterEffects stuff, but I am really no expert)

- I have yet to insert voices but will also do it in Premiere, I don't like the ingame mouth movements

I edit using final cut pro... was using premiere before but it's too unstable. Just wondering, is there a way to flatten the video profile? That way colour correction is easier.
