How to Dowload Base Game?

Hi, I've got a copy of TK17 from maybe a decade ago. It was on a laptop that was buried in a storage unit and I've been messing with it again of late. I was wondering if there was an update and found this place! But the download page says "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file." How do I get permitted? Sorry if that's been asked, there is an overwhelming amount of info here!

However, as for all the basic games files, you can just download them from this MEGA folder without any requirements:
