Models of celebs legal question

So, since I do have a shitton of models based on real life people (actors, musicians, you name it), are there any rules regulations in place here?

I mean... when someone googles that person's name, this site will very likely show up somewhere.

Do we post them under their regular or simply made up names?

Well, if Billie Eilish claims a copyright we'd be doomed already. As long as those "Models" aint underaged, it should be okay, I encountered some Daz Models in the paßt which have been named like -> Anal Rhoades, Gianna Grande, Enema Gomez which actually really looked like their "real" self. 

 

Just follow the rules.

I think, Billie Eilish would be the last person I'd recreate in K17, but yeah. I get the gist

What I mean to say is: If I have a, let's say, Britney Spears model, should I upload her here as Britney Spears or should I alter the name.

If the Administrators get a strike they'll change the Name..  we already have billie, ariana, selena gomez and I think a lot more, so just upload by their real names in real models, in the past, there's been a section for "real models" on mg.. so do as you please I think :)

i've posted all my models back then on modsgarden with their real names... and here we have some of these models too with their real names.

thankfully this community is quite small, so we are quite "under the radar" in that regard - but i always to try to post example pics not overly sexualized... but i might reconsider shortening the names in the future when/if i post models again.

I would say posting the model only in a picture use real name. Using her/him in any sexual setting or in sex animations use made-up name

Even better, refrain from posting images of celebrity models involved in sex acts. Keep your fantasies to yourselves

Pornstars are probably the exception to the rule (it's free advertising, as I see it).

Ok the issue with this are the following and I would like for people to take a minute and process it and stop creating excuses for the other group (former MG leaderships) - some already know and are sick of hearing this, (imagine how KE admin team feels?) - but as mention some people are still following team tk17:

• Team tk17 does not like KE. I'm not gonna give you guys the entire story again, lets just leave at this; they are bad hence on why they are still in a hole. And we are good, hence that we managed to dig ourselves out a hole and build a NEW community.
• They vowed to use ANY excuse to have KE shutdown. Be it reporting us for underage content, piracy, copyright, etc. (We called them out on it, we even have proof of them saying it)
• Underage content is bad - plain and simple. We will remove anything that is blatantly going that route and take appropriate action (ban, warning, etc). We were made aware the k17 sent in some trolls and post such content - as a means to create a false narrative against us. I mention this and the previous point because it literally shows that they are willing to go on with their petty threats
• They vowed to report us to any major companies (or individuals) for copyrighted materials. That is why we are strongly encouraging people to parody names for their content. If something from Daz is called; 'Johnnys flaming swimsuit' - we would like for it to be not called that; call it 'Jimmy's blazing bikini' - this enforces our stance that its satire/parody and that there are no connections (or it would be hard for them to draw a connection).

So we take all threats to KE seriously. We have said that we are creating a toxic free environment so we all can enjoy this game. There are some fantasies that are "bad" and we would like for those to not be made public, keep them to yourselves.

We survived a year, what many don't know, we were constantly under harassment by the former MG leader(s). And I can proudly say we deterred their attempts. But still - it does not mean we will lower our guard. Or ToS will still be enforced.

As mentioned - any NEW stuff, we would like it if people parodied it. But we are 'forgiving' if its a reup of old content from MG. Yes we are small but be considerate - don't be the one to ruin the fun for others. 

Celebrities/real people are different. We would remove anything if its doxing someone. Celebrities would love to have a "clean" image. So who knows, some would find lewd materials as a bad image for them and it could create a mess if they find evidence that its a actual representation of them and creating a messy image for them. Same can be said if it is causes a mess for someone in real life.

Again - If you are saying lewd stuff is already being made from their image - to a certain point, that is correct. But its satire/parody. No actual name is given/mentioned. A bio would read something like this "You favorite celebrity #12; she has raided tombs, played witches, and played Ms. Smith" Clearly I'm implying that the celeb is Angelina Jolie but notice I DID NOT NAME her. Again, PARODY/SATIRE.

Pornstars are "different". They are already within a industry in which sex sells. They already go by a alias, so you can clearly share any likeness to them; Asa Akira, Jenna Jameson, etc.
