Hairs and eyebrows

I have hook 5 paid and IDK what I am doing wrong but my hairs look like these:

I downloaded a model from one creator of here and her hair textures sees perfectly. no glossiness or reflecs like this

sometimes happens with the eyebrowns too. I have the originals from the game and they look bad but here those ones looks great. what am I doing wrong?

Where did you get those eyebrows? I think they are not vanilla?

Hi - H5 doesn't react well with addon hairs, you need activemod versions with a spec file that cuts the glossiness.

It's fairly easy to create your own from the texture in the addon (found in Images/Q=Tex032M/Shared/Hair) + a norm, a spec and a passfile. If you are using H5 paid you should have a few examples in the _hook5data/hairmaps/ folder.

There are many H5 hairs available in the download section also, to give you an idea what you need for your own.

As for eyebrows - I've never had this issue as eyebrows to my knowledge are not hooked, but you might want to update the textures in the Body4xMod addon with the files below. It's a simple paste and replace task but create a backup of the addon before you do, just to be safe.

The solution to the hair problem in the first photo is:

Run TK17_OptionMan in your binaries -> Select a section GFX/UI ->Light Shaders -> check Hair no Sun Light-> Go!
