I remember tracer-outfit's author make some notes about undressing it.
like
🧙‍♂️ :  u can't wear tracer pants withou jacket!

So its true - i cant
But i found that activemoded tracer jacket hiding all tracer pants (normal/ activemoded)  
With nornal jacket all kind of tracer pants visible.
This is sad (

Someone fix it?

SOLVED!

Tracer jacket and pants can be dressed-undressed  independently of each other.
Activemoded jacket doesnt hide tracer pants.

new
