Yet another stellar entry into the Ozverse. I recall you saying in a past blog that this story is going to more condensed than your others, and yet it still has so many moving parts within this 1st entry. How it subtly ties into everything else you have going is yet another testament to how you seamlessly craft such wonderful stories. Yaz is a well fleshed out hero who kinda gives me the impression that there's deeper motivations as to why he is the way he is. Goldson on the other hand is clearly the caution to the wind type, and I'm super excited to see how they both mesh with each other. Sho doesn't get a lot of airtime, but it's crystal clear you're setting him up to be an absolute monster. All and all, if your other stories are any indication this one is going to be a rocket ship ride from start to end.
  1. Technical stuff: While this format is easier to read than the gallery format, I dislike the fact that you can really interact with each panel. I like being able to post real time reactions to each page. If you could post in the old format as well I'd greatly appreciate it. Reaction: For this being the 1st episode and the 2nd entry into this story you've already firmly established the main cast. Yaz is clearly war machine, but I love the shine you give to Golden Boy setting up his story. And I'm especially impressed and surprised how this ties into with one of the sub-plots within Stiel Maiden. As for the actual fights, it's giving a lot of Baki/Wind Breaker for me. I love how you give breakdowns for some techniques as they're done. Your attention as a martial artist shows. The stage episode 1 has set is pretty big, and I'm looking forward to no only seeing more.
  2. I don't think we see enough IR variety to be honest. There's more than Black on White. I'd to see more combinations, like a Hispanic male plowing out an Asian female, or an Asian male having his way with Black female. Go crazy with it!
  3. Ok then, that begs an even bigger question; why didn't Hank or Hermie follow in Papa Frank's footsteps into the Marines???
  4. So this means as of current day, Lori is command of 243 troops? That's wild!!!

    Lori & Jimmy 2

That might be the most accurate description of what Jimmy's packing anyone could ever make LOL!

    Training 1

I seriously can't get enough of how she looks. She's easily one the hottest fitness babe on KE, not that there are many of course.

    Live at KE's 3rd Anniversary!

    Dem thighs doe...
  8. Mari always looks fit, but I'm guessing you made some tweaks to her morphs cuz she looks especially more athletic. I can't wait for you to get this series underway.
  9. I was definitely hoping for an update on this one. And knowing you've been putting extra touch on it makes me even more excited for the release.
  10. Bee's beauty is timeless! It's not so much that she's got a bangin' ass body, her face is absolute perfection. You can clearly see she's of mixed race, because her features span both Negro and Caucasian details. Her eyes are what get me. A brown skinned girl with natural blue eyes? Hank's a lucky sum'bitch, but he knows that already.
This one delivered BIG time. You weren't joking when you said the Revelations arch would be the most pivotal story telling you've done to date. This one was packed full of emotion and showed how high the stakes are truly going forward.
  11. What fucks me up is that he spoke with such reverence and respect about Johnny in volume 6. We only come to find out HE'S the one that did Johnny dirty. Fuck this guy, for real.
  12. IN THE FACE!!! INNNNNNNNNNNN THEEEEEEEEEE FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE!!!
This was easily the most gripping and grittiest entry to the series to date. We get a glimpse into what makes Herrig, see him destroy cartel members like paper bags, and witness the moment that made the hero become the villain. Of all of your tragic characters, his story is the most tragic of them all, because his experiences in life turned him from a national hero to the harbinger of war. It's heartbreaking to see even with all he's done, there's still empathy in him. He's not a complete monster, and his hate for the system is actually justified in a sick, twisted way. This was an emotional and thought provoking tale.
  13. Damn near shoot his foot off, drag his near naked body across filthy ground, lock him into a pillory and then bitch smack him? Yea, Full Herrig.
  14. From here on out we shall call this going "Full Herrig" on a mofo.
  15. I kinda feel for Wingo having to witness this. Watching a man he considered a friend and respected so highly turn into a vindictive "beast" right before his eyes.
  16. I can see what direction this is going, and never have I ever wanted a situation to go sideways more than this one right here.
  17. Let's be honest here, Sarge. Herrig's an Orc, isn't he? C'mon, you ain't gotz ta lie.
  18. Yep. I knew it. Talk shit, get hit.
  19. Already talking shit? I predict a violent end for this dude.
  20. Within only 2 panels you already see how much of a scumbag dude is.
