Sorry for the delay, I answer as soon as I read it. I use Hook 5, try the room R_469_HipsterLoft_H5 there are beautiful lights, the result should look like this.

(And as for the models, I use X-Body and Prylipala Face Sliders 2 to create them... and some other mod whose name I have now forgotten.)
