    Not to be a dick but you did not scour the interweb. I found it here in KE and it was easy to find. KE has a organized download section in which you can find physx hairwork and a working search function.

    Yes they can.

    But if you downloaded that skin, the author did it for a reason. From what I seen, they use 1 file instead of cluttering up the active mod with duplicate files.
