Serena shield is a marvel in itself. It's a small magical shield that's near indestructible and attracts projects to itself. Serena uses it to protect her and nearby friends or inocents from arrows, bolts, spears... or modern firearms projectiles. 

She calls it "shield". Sorry, she's very pragmatic with her tools of trade.

Actually, this shield has a name. The previous owner gave it "Arrowcatcher". Serena sometimes calls it that way, but to explain what it does. "It's an arrowcatcher!" 

And yes, she don't like to give names to things, lol.
