Context here: I don't have the full backstory of Yunuen written just yet, but I have a very good idea of it, and I like so much of Yunuen parents, both of them are so colorfull and lovingly with her daughter that I love them too, lol!
Here's Yunuen with 19 years, about to turn 20. She's lived that time in Wendake, Canada with her father that is a Wendake-Huron métis.
Daniel Trembley was forced to separated from Yunuen's mother after her birth. Her birth caused great comotion and outrage between Daniel's and Itzel's families, that saw Yunuen's birth a bad portent.
They agreed that Yunuen would be safer with Itzel, at least on her childhood, to protect her from the harsh canadian laws to indoctrinate indigenous children and member's from Daniel's community, less tolerant with Yunuen's nature than Itzel's community. When she became of age, they agreed to share her, if she wished it. She did.
Daniel is an excelent pilot, he can pilot nearly everything that has an engine, also a great mechanic, and he had a very good job, as a helicopter pilot from a private aerial company. Sadly, a newcomer employee stole an important briefcase from a client and blamed Daniel. He was white, Daniel was brown. He took the blame, lost his job and went to jail until he could pay the fee.
Now he's a humble truck driver, but tries his best to give the best experience he can offer to his daughter, while giving the freedom she wants - and that he feels it's safe.
- Common, Daniel!
- You forgot your jacket!
- You said one hour tops, I survive without it!
- I know what I said, otherwise you wouldn't come!
