Yeah, so heels are sort of an obsession of mine. I always wanted to have such in game, because those we have did not satisfy me. I've posted a request for shoes like this on MG many years ago. The only one who has responded was @oaks, suggesting to try re-texture of vanilla "Plateau High Heels 2". Than it was Wedges w\o ankle strap and one more later with strap i simply never liked. One day i came up with an idea to "build" the pair i wanted. Check next pic for details, if you want.
