Yes sir. That mf is kicking her when she's down... But he's her "son", he lives inside her. Damn this gets too real sometimes!

That's exactly the point here. At this point should I call it a "manifestation"? An "apparition"? This definitely is one of my more cerebral scenes, and it makes me so happy to get a reaction from it!

Yeah, that's the scary part, and something a lot of us with mental health issues carry in one level or another. Next few pages explain that process a little better.
