Seeing this all play out, and reading Susan's recollection of it all in current day is rough, knowing that clearly a tragic turn of events is going to happen that turns everything upside down. Damn. 😔

Foreboding shit, man. It's like as readers we KNOW shit is gonna down hill, but we're left wondering what will actually happen. I really hate that Johnny has to die to be the catalyst to every thing that's happening in the current day of the story. Talk about a tragic character. 😟
