Devoted sponsor of various children's tennis workshops and tournaments.
Does not personally compete in tournament play.  However...
In 2020, at the urging of many club members, played and soundly
defeated Serena Williams, at a Children's Hospital charity event match,
in two straight sets.  Score, 6-2 / 6-3.  The event earned $580,780.
Serena Williams was later overheard, quietly asking S.E. Carlisle to
autograph her "first edition" copy of the book "ANONYMOUSLY ALONE."
It reads, "To Serena, You're the G.O.A.T.  I Love You,  Anonymous."
