Well , don't want to traumatize you but even hairdressers know this dyeing technique as dirty blonde (brown roots combined with any tone of blonde from mid section to hair tips)

But is less offensive in spanish, "claritos", "reflejos", etc... we can name it that way if you want (?)

That doesn't sound too bad in my place either, the word "dirty" isn't particularly used in the context of hair color here... certainly not among women who instead can have ten completely different names for ten shades of yellow that normal people can only distinguish with a spectrophotometer. But there are definitely some places where you can ask for a dirty blonde and actually get what you asked for 

 Oh I think I know what part of the world is that !

Anyways I would advise everybody to not ask for dirty blondes in any place around the globe in other environment than a salon de coiffure
