I can give you this addon "as is" and you can do with it what you want, I did not post it in this form

i'm investigating clothes development myself once in a while - without success so far...having trouble with weights too and missing script files... i'd love to have a look at the blender file or the addon, maybe I can learn something 😉 if I can solve it, I'll send it back to you 🙂
