The cleft between the upper lip and the nose is a hook5-specific scroll file?
Coincidentally I am looking to apply that effect at different levels on some models.

I want to try to make this model but I don't know exactly how,
maybe using the pry head mod and I don't know exactly some displacements.

There are several ways to get it, easiest - from a skin like Samm's or, I think, Stefania, or meshed lips shape with Prylipala's sliders or try to build it's height map in graphic editor and convert to normal map. Here I have it a bit excessive, because effect is combined from a map and from a slider.

About this model - I feel like Driver's mod might do it, nose seems similar, would need some displacements on lips, but is possible, not sure about eyes but there are also a lot of ways to get this shape, it's usually more difficult to gracefully "open" the eyes or make them bigger, than making them more wide and closed
