What I enjoyed the most about this volume is how you seamlessly weaved new elements into old story beats, and created new ones on top of them. I love how Hermione Reese is the overall focus of the volume, even though she's for the most part a secondary character. The final few pages are definite payoff for her and clearly sets things up for becoming a more regular cast member. It's nice to see how everyone's lives diverge from each other, yet everything all stays connected in the big picture.

The world you've crafted, and the characters within it are nothing short of "amazing" (see what I did there? lol). Keep it going, boss!

Okay, I think I'm in love with Hermione now!

Again, TLWL delivering a great issue chock full of wholesome moments and hilarious roasting! I think there should be a segment called Hermione and Bubbz's Show or something. Those two could really bring in awesome comedy! But back to the review.

I am very much invested in these characters, even those who aren't exactly my favorite like Christine and Cassette. Where we go from here is everybody's guess, but let me tell you: I'm enjoying the fuck out of this ride!

You'll be happy to know that from this volume onwards Hermie is pretty much going to be part of the main cast now. I plan on emphasizing her own chaotic relationship with Anwar and how their polar opposite personalities mesh with each other, as well as a budding friendship she eventually builds with Bianca, Jaeleen and Priya, who the later will also start having a bigger role in the story.
