Yeah, current Terms and Conditions do not state explicitly that text isn't allowed in the competition, so it's fair game.

Yeah when I think about it it could logical as a rule because it's an image contest. But if it's the case I can redo without the text, it is not a big loss. In fact what I was skeptical about was the comics format itself: because if I had to redo it in one image format, it may be not possible to make.
