I understood it's a toy, but it has several poses. How?

It is a Hook5  object, these are models you can add into a scene via the Hook menu or the _level_definition file of a scene.
It's a "toy", yes, but the benefit is it doesn't clog up the toy list and keeps loading times down.

And all the good stuff that the Hook menu allows, rescaling, easy positioning, color grading etc..
